This is an attack tool that
exploits the "Unchecked Buffer in Network Share Provider Can Lead to Denial
of Service (Q326830)" vulnerability (MS02-045).
When an attacker specifies an IP Address and NETBIOS name, the tool sends a
malformed SMB request that causes WinNT/2K/XP systems to crash.
